Beauty Question: How do you get rid of Tired eyes?

Well I haven't been sleeping much lately and I have tired eyes. Some people call them ';Bags around the eyes';. I was wondering how to get rid of them. I'm not old so they aren't like dark spots that older women get I'm 16 and Its hard for me to sleep lately. Should I try a warm towel? Home remedies would be great!

P.S. and I'm trying to get more sleep so don't say it lol =] xBeauty Question: How do you get rid of Tired eyes?
preparation H, no kidding, it's an anti-inflammatory, and it works!

I've heard that white eyeliner can make you look more awake but its not really a trend right now. Cold wash cloth.

Sorry, but sleep is the best remedy. Get lots of sleep, eat well, keep yourself well hydrated and in a few days you will see a big improvement.............fresh air and exercise really help too!

best of luck to you!
I actually put a bag of frozen peas on my eyes for a minute or two. It's really refreshing and my eyes are really less puffy afterwards.
Put tea bags or lemons on your eyes
Actually, cold, not hot reduces puffiness around the eyes.

( beauty tip: Preparation H can reduce puffiness around eyes)
Sometimes a mild sleeping pill will help you get rest instead of restless sleep. We dont always rest well while we are sleeping.

Is Dove's Campaign for Real Beauty promoting obesity?

I feel that Dove's campaign for ';Real'; beauty is promoting unhealthy lifestyles. NO ONE'S natural body type is fat. Some people are bigger then others, but is it not healthy to look like some of the women they show. What do you think? Is Dove's Campaign for Real Beauty promoting obesity?
    Good question!

There is, however, two sides to every story. On one side, they are promoting that it doesn't matter what your size is, so you can be however you are, be it huge or small. On the other side, it is promoting a healthy body image - hopefully protecting young girls from anorexia.

In today's world, it is a very hard choice to make whether or not it is a good thing. But I suppose the question is, would you rather be fat and happy or skinny and miserable? Today, if you're bigger, you're fat. If you're skinny, you're anorexic. Apparently, there is no medium! But saying that, Marilyn Monroe was a size 16 and she wasn't fat - she was curvy. Is Dove's Campaign for Real Beauty promoting obesity?
No - promoting and accepting are two different things. There are in fact people who are naturally obese - there are diseases affecting people's metabolism that can make them huge. It can also be genetic of course. Many fat and obese people are that way because of healthy lifestyles, true, but not all of them. Similarly, I have a friend who eats like a horse (including a fair amount of fast food) and doesn't exercise regularly anymore; still, she looks anorexic. Why? Genetics. She has a super high metabolism. Anyways, I think Dove is just trying to say that you should accept how your body is, even if your a bigger person, not necessarily that being obese is a good thing
No, it's promoting a healthy body image in women and acceptance of different body sizes and shapes. Apart from a few, most of the women in the Dove ads are normal weight, maybe a bit chubby but not overweight and certainly not obese.

    http://cache.gawker.com/assets/resources鈥?/a>
    they aren't just promoting weight

they are promoted that you don't need to be model beautiful to be real beautiful.

and that you don't need to be anorexic to be beautiful.

its not promoting obesity its just telling you that your weight doesnt have to do with beauty
    sorry,

    but this is stupid.

considering the fact that no one would ever promote obesity.

    ya, sorry.
It is just promoting loving the body you're in.

But I do see what you mean..

How i will loose weight without exercising when i have cervical injury(broken beauty bone)?

My weight was 48kg 3 months ago.Due to a road accident i broke my beauty bone i,e a cervical injury and had to take a compulsory bed rest. For this reason i have gained 10kg and now my weight is 58kg. I can't exercise in this way and i also can't follow a tight diet because of my present health situation.

    i need some good advise

please help meHow i will loose weight without exercising when i have cervical injury(broken beauty bone)?
eat healthily, you don't have to go insane, just stay away from obviously fatty or salty foods (chips, french fries, deep fried things...) and talk to your doctor about what you are able to do. If you are no longer on bed rest, you might be able to go for short walks or go swimming or something that isn't too strenuous/won't affect your injury.

Whats your idea about yourself?in the both case of personality and your beauty?

I want to know the pepole ideas about their self!its part of my project!thank youWhats your idea about yourself?in the both case of personality and your beauty?
Idea about myself : I'm one who believes it's my right and duty to make the best out of life.

Beauty : I appreciate beauty in nature including people.

I don't care much about how I look. What's more important is how I think, feel, and live.Whats your idea about yourself?in the both case of personality and your beauty?
I think I have a wonderful personality because I am kind, caring, and nurturing by nature.

I'm not of extraordinary beauty but I'm not a toad. My most striking feature is my red hair so I keep it looking good. Other than that, I don't really care about my appearance. I like feeling good, as opposed to looking good.
I really don't know, but I'm still a freshman in high school so I haven't fully discovered myself. Some days I like my personality especially when I feel confident and outgoing. Same with my beauty, I feel inside I'm beautiful because I try my best to be a good person. Even though other people tell me I'm pretty and attractive, I don't always believe them. I think it depends on my mood at the time.
I know I'm a very nice person with a good heart. I like to have fun, %26amp; I have a juvenile personality (goofy %26amp; crack jokes). I can PROUDLY say that much.

People take my kindness for weakness %26amp; use that as an excuse to take advantage of me. I give %26amp; don't expect to receive in return. All that I ask for is that you treat me with kindness, right back. But no, once they get what they want out of me, they start acting dirty again. This is mainly family.

That's why I stay to myself %26amp; feel like it's pointless to communicate with other people. Because I KNOW my feelings are going to get hurt if I tell someone hello, %26amp; they turn their nose up @ me or roll their eyes. %26amp; when I stay to myself or stay home, people always wonder why I'm antisocial %26amp; don't interact with anyone. People in society don't accept me because of my disability.

Beauty-wise, I used to think I was grotesque-looking, but I come to realize that I'm not that bad looking. I'm 25 %26amp; look young for my age (most people tell me). I'm overweight %26amp; I'm trying to lose it, but my depression gets in the way, %26amp; I don't have any energy. I can proudly say I have a smooth caramel complexion with slanted (Chinese-like) eyes, even though they're dark brown. I have long, wavy hair that can get wild, untameable, %26amp; bushy @ times. %26amp; I know I have pretty feet. Haha!
well im overweight, but i think my face is pretty. and im overbearing, but nice.lol

    :)
i think i have an okay personality and im okay with my beauty.
I'm not all that good looking but i assure you, my personality is horrible...

Beauty questions for african american women?

What color nail polish do you use?

How do you style your hair daily? Do you think a simple ponytail will cause breakage?

Thanks for the answers!Beauty questions for african american women?
It depends on your skintone...of course being african american does not mean that you are the same skintone...I have a caramel type complexion.....i wear lots of different colours brights, red, dark burgundy types, even white (well almost white)...I find most colours compliment my skintone...

Essie is a good nailpolish brand and while I was shopping recently i noticed they had a line of nail polish that were for specific skin tones, check it out on their website

    http://www.essie.com/talk/

thats the best advice I can give u...otherwise I'd have to see you in person lol

In terms of hair...a daily ponytail does cause breakage...if you have no time it's understandable but try to do it as loose as possible, I would recommend pinning it rather than using a hairband or srunchie...when I had longer hair I would make a loose bun using only hairpins and no scrunchies...however it's always best to wear your hair down or half up half down just so that there's no pressure on the same spot...also it helps to change the position of the ponytail...of course avoid hairbands with metal clasps cuz they will snag

but I can totally understand when your hair isn't at its freshest and you have no time...so a loose pony tail is advisable preferably with pins, fashionable hairclips etc...anything loose!!

    good luck =)

Colgate total toothpaste is Best, though you might try the new crest with enamel builder.

A little sugar rubbed on the hands (mixed with dish soap, or olive oil) will exfoliate and make them seem soft.

Use a pumice stone in shower to get feet softer.

Buy better shampoo..and just use a tiny bit. Better on your hair. Biolage is good and Wal-mart beauty salon sometimes has it cheap. (whatever Prell has is the wrong ingredient and so is Pantene).

Use liquid soap in shower will leave skin softer. and make shower easier to cleanAnyone got any home remedies for beauty that they might wanna share?
I use calamine lotion for redness that I get when I get acne on my cheeks/forehead. It really really helps. It's originally for people who have poison ivy or severe bug bites, but I have spent so much money on so many different products that truly didn't work. No product will clear your acne after 4 hours. Its all lies. I stick to the basics: a good exfoliator (st. ive's apricot scrub), a good acne cleanser (neutrogena), toothpaste (for those occasional huge pimples), and calamine (for the redness) and I'm good to go. I wish that I knew about calamine earlier, otherwise i wouldn't have wasted all of my money on that crap. And does the vaseline and lemon juice really work? I didn't know about those!

By the way, calamine lotion is about a buck or two at Walmart/CVS/Walgreens/Rite-Aid/etc.
I wouldnt consider myself ';beautiful'; but this is what I usually do:

I brush my teeth with baking soda and peroxide once every two weeks, and it helps with whitening. I also put a mixture of mayonaise, egg whites, and olive oil in my hair and let it sit for about an hour. After washing it out, my hair feels like silk.

Does the vaseline and lemon juice actually work?! Holy crap.

I don't see a problem of testing chemicals on animals, especially for medication purposes. but seriously we can live without some of the beauty products. For what reasons shouldn't scientists use animals for testing on chemical and beauty products?
It is, quite simply, bad science. Animals have different reactions to substances than human beings.

Every drug or chemical that was ever banned after causing cancer and birth defects in humans, was first tested on animals.

What are you MORE attracted to Beauty, Brains, Personality, Values or Money?

Some peolpe say it is a combination of all theese things. However I have found that I have always been attracted to people with similar values, family first, money is not important, e.t.c... I know you might say this is common, but I know a couple who have christian values,( very accepting, loving christian values!) who are friends with an athiest gay couple who have very different values- Yet their personalities are similar, and the differences in their values are respected and often bring life to some of the most brilliant conversations I have ever heard. So do you think that if we are attracted to one aspect of a person- beauty, brains, personality,e.t.c... that none of the other parts that make up that person actually matter? And what do you think you are most attracted to? Do you notice a pattern? I must say I am still thinking about my own answers.....What are you MORE attracted to Beauty, Brains, Personality, Values or Money?
I have to say that looks reel me in every time, all the time, but a horrible or obnoxious / closed-minded personality turns me right off every time. Next on the list would be brains, if you're not educated or in the process at least then there's really no common ground with me anyway. Values come next, and are closely correlated with the person's brains. and I'd have to say that money matters, but probably the least out of these five characteristics.

    From most to least important:

    1. Beauty

    2. Personality

    3. Brains

    4. Values

    5. MoneyWhat are you MORE attracted to Beauty, Brains, Personality, Values or Money?
I'd like to say brain or values, but definitely is beauty and personality what most attracts me.
I like someone that has brains, personality, is handsome, has family values and the money I don't care about.

    thats my speech topic :)

hah i chose that and im in grade eight, im getting a lot of information from the dove campaign and i google stuff as well,

if you have any things that might help me out or any facts or things to bring up that would be great,

thankssHow advertisement distorts our perception of beauty?
Corporations spam images of supposedly ';beautiful'; styles and ';pretty'; looks, while sexing it up, while in reality, they just want to sell their products, make a profit, and continue on.

So, then, you got the masses (us), looking at these photos and thinking that this is beautiful, then people try their best to look like it, paying corporations billions of dollars on beauty products, while people like me are going ';wtf mate?';How advertisement distorts our perception of beauty?
The models take up hours and hours to do their makeup and hair and take pictures and still don't look that great but then they photoshop the pictures and add lighting and enhance the model's body to make it look perfect. Then they make the teeth and everything whiter and perfect. People start copying their looks and can never look like them and then get depressed but they don't understand that what they see is fake. Everyone is beautiful in their own way. That is how they sell their products.

What are the 'ingredients' of real beauty of a person???

Most delicious answer wins, fast! What are the 'ingredients' of real beauty of a person???
    1. try to understand yourself

    2. then make sure that you are not dangerous to others

    3. keep your heart full of happy memorable moments and try to share them with your dear ones.

    4. be loyal to yourself, if you think you are not a good person inside, then try to learn your self to be good enough

    5. be always positive.

    6. trust your God and try to talk to him, he will show you the right way.

try these all and very soon you will found that all these are really true and work for every soul which makes a person really beautiful.

and not forget that never try to implant yourself and your thoughts on others whether they are wrong or right, you can just try to make them understand, left is for them and their guiding God or soul.

OK, i hope i have helped you a little bitWhat are the 'ingredients' of real beauty of a person???
humility, laughter, kindess, joy and a smile
    Personality first and for most

*then comes body, stomach, breasts and butt,

-skinny, but not ridiculously muscular or skinny

-maybe a nice firm rear end to top it off
GOD FEARING,coz if one has this quality then one will keep away from all the bad things in this world, therefore they will look more beautiful and yes they will earn success in both the worlds.
The ';ingredients'; of person's real beauty are the kindness, caring, humbleness, humor, inner peace, and a loving heart.

    I think ';real beauty'; is inside of a person not the ';outside package.';
    just being, themselfs.

and if their outgoing, it makes them incredibly sexy.

What do you think of child beauty pageants?

Is it right that children should be made up like Barbie dolls and wear clothes costing hundreds of pounds which are totally unsuitable and ridiculous and wear make-up on looking like clowns? These events must have deep psychological effects on the children. In my opinion it's not a world where children should be and should be bannedWhat do you think of child beauty pageants?
';Jon Benet'; pageants are awful. I agree. I would never put fake teeth, hair, or tans on my little girl. That is saying,';You are not good ehough';. I would, and do, however, put my daughter in pageants. She is seven and has done them since she was six months old. Yes, obviously, the first pageants she did was for me. She was just a baby. But I was a proud new mama, and to me, there was no cuter or more precious child, and I wanted to dress her up and show her off. And I did, and it was fun. As she got older (and grew more hair) I dolled her up more. But with ribbons and lil girl stuff, not fake teeth and makeup. It became about poise and grace, and I am proud of that. We live in alabama and that is important. Yes my baby girl wears blush and lip gloss. And OMG *gasp* sometimes I'll put mascara on her if she wants. She does about 1 pageant every two months. And they are all her choice. My only rule is that if you decide to enter it and I pay for, then yes you have to do it. If she gets to the point where she don't wanna do them she KNOWS she doesn't have to. She also knows that she has to be a complete lady if you wanna win. The ones she does are not about money. they are about poise and confidence, and being proud of being female. She looks and acts like the princess she is. However she is not snobby, rude, or inconsideret. She is a wonderful child that anyone would be proud of, win or lose. But shes just a normal kid. She is a girl scout that likes to hunt and ride her four wheeler.

What really bothers me is that so many people take offense to the idea of beauty pageants. I mean, I understand the Mega-glitz thing is creepy. I would never do that. But whats wrong with natural beauty? When did that become a bad thing? Natural beauty is inside and out. And true beauty radiates out. I'm sorry if some of you have had bad experiences with the crazies, but there is good and bad in every thing. I mean, my daughter knows that she can't be fake, and as she gets older and into the interviews, she's learning to handle herself under pressure and be aware of current events and such.

I just wish people wouldn't base their opinions of other people(me! cuz I let my daughter do pageants!) based on hear say or what they have seen clips (of the extreme) of on t.v.What do you think of child beauty pageants?
I think it is gross and parents who dress their children up like sex objects should be made sterile and have their children taken from them.
i think its disgusting there mothers must be mad to make them dress up like barbie dolls they should be banned.
I agree....they should be banned. Spoilt little brats!
They are cute, However you have to be very careful with them . Sometimes the children can't handle it. Often times it leave the child scared for life .I would not allow my child to be in them. People need to wise up and realize they can not live their dreams through their children.
i dont like them i think there an exuse for little kids to were make up and dress up like sluts
Apart from anything else it encourages Paedophiles. They should be banned. And Paedophiles should be castrated.
Yeah...i agree with you. Child beauty pageants are taking things too far. They are basically telling the child that physical appearance determines whether or not they are worthy to society. I mean, imagine how the young children must feel if they are rejected because they weren't pretty enough!!!! It's hard enough on the adult pageant contestants who already have established their sense of self-worth. Children on the other hand are not ready for this type of rejection and it can haunt them later in life

I beleve they should be banned
They are sick, and wrong, and should indeed be banned.

Did Emily Pankhurst chain herself to railings so young girls could be objectified?

    Paedophile fodder.
i think it's a good idea to get the social-lized but i think some of the mom's go overborad with it. It's mostly becomes about the mom's and the pour little ones don't know what there getting themselves into! My idea get the to try it but mom's keep it undercontrol!
It is a very sad reflection on what society has sunk too. These are children and should be allowed to enjoy thedir childhood. Slapping make-up on them and making them prance around a catwalk cheapens them and makes the grown ups to be enirely irresponsible.
Women wear makeup to make themselves more attractive. Of course they do. Is not the making up of children sexualising them? I have seen pictures of these competitions and it is gross. The beauty of children is their innocence. Making them look like adults is stupendously WRONG! What happened to beautiful baby competitions where the kids were judged on their appeal as little people, not on their appeal to adults? It seems to me that the parents have taken it a bit too far.
Those beauty pageants are the result of crazy stage mothers who want to push their children to the top at any cost. It's not for the children, it's for the parents. I would like to smear make-up all over the parents' faces, and make them stand around in hot clothes under spotlights and be stared at and judged and put on the spot by being made to answer ridiculous questions which do not mean anything. I would like to lead these parents to believe that ';only the best parents will win and everyone else will lose'; and let them understand what it's like to experience that kind of pressure.
Maybe it should not be banned, but it should be less serious.

All those make up and clothes is a waste, but it could just be a friendly pagent, nothing too much.

It may steer kids in the wrong direction, and honestly, the parents should know that.
I think its terrible!!! You have moms pressuring little girls what not to do. That will get enough of that when they are older. Its sad to see these 5 year olds compaining about their weight or dissing others. I totally think it shoud be banned or at least not make a show about it. Ya there is a show about child beauty pageants on either vh1 or mtv.
    I, too, hate this!

It's cute to get the kids dressed up,, but not like that. It gets out of control!
I think it's disgusting. Even more disgusting are the parents who make them do it. They claim 'they love dressing up and looking beautiful for the judges. It's their choice', but at the end of the day, can a 4 year old really judge for themselves what is their choice and what their mothers have decided for them?

I don't even like the local 'bonny baby' competitions, where proud parents send in photos of their tiny babies - all less than 18 months old, and then people vote on who is the cutest. I think it's a sick mind that came up with that little concept. It's a baby. It's beautiful, whatever colour hair/eyes/dress it has on.

I'm not sure about 'deep psychological effects' but sure as dammit the parents are instilling a very strong message on that child that appearances are paramount and that everything else comes second place. It ain't right.
It's a total rip off as well! They claim that noone leaves without something and give you this cheap trophy with ';SECOND RUNNER UP'; on it,even tho your child wasn't even personally selected for that.
No it's not right, it's disgusting. These ';parents'; should be ashamed of themselves.
its the only way sorry @$$ parents can glorified
You are totally right! I also think it makes the girls feel they need to be pretty and skinny and look like hard shiny plastic to be a ';winner';. (in life)
totally agree - it should be illegal - i dont understand the parents of these children
Frankly, I think it is child abuse and should be an arrestable offense.
the weirdo's that perv on kids like it
i think is CRUEL, let them dress up and put make up on but as they wish in play time and make belive time..
I agree. I think the moms are living through their children. It's disgusting.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder?

guys%26amp;girls, i just want you ALL to know:

    ';I know it's absolutely cliche and corny, but beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Some people think light hair is beautiful and others think dark hair is beautiful. Some people think that tan skin is beautiful and others think that fair skin is beautiful. Some people think that being thin is beautiful and others think that being curvy and voluptuous is beautiful. Despite what others think, a person is only truly beautiful if they think they are.';

Who also thinks beauty is in the eye of the beholder?Beauty is in the eye of the beholder?
I think it depends mainly on what your used to, constantly see, or are brought up around. When I was very young, I preferred blonds, because that's what I saw most of the time on TV and at school. I also like thicker girls cause they seemed to have more of the equipment in all the right places.

As I got older and started to become more involved in exercise and the gym, my preference went towards thinner muscular girls.

A few years back I dated a black girl, almost purely on a whim, I fell in love with her, but unfortunately broke up with her. Now my preference has changed towards woman with darker features and hair.

YES, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and can change depending on factors around you.Beauty is in the eye of the beholder?
i agree, i have met unattracted men, where after getting to know them, we had a connection, then after time i feel so deep in love that the person became the most attracted person i;ve ever met, of course only in my eyes... its wired how its happens.. but outer beauty means nothing
    i def agree with that!!

i am pretty with lotsa freckles and im skinny with curves and ive heard soo many good and bad things about wat i look like.

beauty is def. in the eye of the beholderr.
Its a true statement, all it means is that - Everyone has their own opinion on who is and who isn't more beautiful.
I certainly believe that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. That's the way it is.
definately. and apparently people of similar attractiveness often get together.
me me me! ofcourse its true, its what makes us attracted to the people we are attracted too.

Katy perry and vintage clothing and beauty ideas for that era? ?

so. im pretty obssessed with vintage like 1920's 1930's clothing and beauty. (like katy perry style and marilyn monroe) Except no where I go has anything like that. Does anyone have everyday beauty tips for that era in style. also if you have any websites that have clothing like that. ex: stop staring (but a little bit cheaper?), By the way im 15, 5'8, i have an hour glass shaped body.

anything would be great. thanks!Katy perry and vintage clothing and beauty ideas for that era? ?
Okay, this is kinda weird but my name is Gabriella, i'm 17, 5'8, and have a hourglass shaped body and LOVE the 30's, 40's, 50's look. Eerie!

Stop Staring make beautiful clothes but they don't make them cheap (sadly)! Look on ebay:

    http://search.ebay.com/search/search.dll鈥?/a>

You can find tons of stuff on there in moderatly if not excellent condtion and CHEAP!

Don't like shopping online? Go to Forever 21 and look for:

Pencil Skirts in different colors! Try red, black, blue, pink, gingham, and leopard print. They have tons of stuff there and it's very inexpensive!

Tops: Look for black tops, they go with everything! Look for plain black tops or ones with ruffles, lace accent or embroidery of somesort (just keep any embellishments to a minimum!)

Belts: What makes the 20's and 30's look? BELTS! They compliement your figure, giving it a pin-up girl type of look. Wear a belt at your natural waist. Try colors like red, black, pink, blue, zebra print, etc. They look great with a skirt and a top and you can wear it with or without your top tucked in to your skirt.

Shoes: Black flats or high heels! If you're going to school, try flats. Look for different colored flats but make sure you have a black flat! They go with all your outfits=)

You can find everything you need at Forever 21 but experiment with your look! Try a band shirt with a black pencil skirt and belt it. It looks totally cool and unique!

Other stores to go to are Target, Goodwill, department stores, Hot Topic, Wal*Mart, and other places. Be creative! You can find clothes anywhere if you look for the right thing! Also, if you can sew, you can take tops you already have and shorted them or add patches, buttons, etc...

    Beauty Tips:

Winged Eyelier (cat-eye) use a liquid eyeliner and wing it out on the ends so it extends toward the end of your eyebrow. Use light colored eyeshadow in a VERY neatural color. If you want to, use a dark or medium brown in your crease to add depth to your eye. Add LOTS of black mascara!

Red lips can look too ';old'; on a 15 year old so try peach-pink lipgloss or clear lip balm!

Cheeks: Use a light pink blush (try a cream blush like Maybelliene Whippes Mouse in Pink Frosting) BUT use it sparingly! You don't want to look too harsh! Use it more for a light glow rather than a harsh blush.

Hair: Curly waves are the only way hair was worn back then. Hate curly hair? Straighten your hair and flip your ends for a retro look. Bangs (like bettie bangs) are optional but side-swept bangs look great, too=)

Experiment with your looks. Retro clothes look great when modernized and made unique! Just know what you are looking for when you go to a store!

    Websites:

    pinupgirlclothing.com

    babygirlboutique.com

    forever21.com

    daddyos.com

    luckykat.net

    shopplasticland.com/fashion/c/Rockabil鈥?br>

    infectiousthreads.com

Do a Yahoo! Seach on ';Rockabilly Clothing';. This will give you tons of websites!

    I Hope This Helps!

-GabbyKaty perry and vintage clothing and beauty ideas for that era? ?
tall and hourglass shape.. you cant go wrong with anything really.

if youre looking for vintage styled clothes, suprisingly, you'll find many EXPENSIVE clothes that look very worn in and nicely styled for the ';VINTAGE'; look that you're looking for. I dont think it's possible to find a store that only sells those styles (not that I know of), but you can definately look around for piece of clothing that has vintage style to it. Try urban outtfitters, h%26amp;m.. etc
French Moho Vintage always has great stuff!

here are some sites. go on ask.com and ask that question and you will get alot of anwers!Does anyone know of any toddler beauty pageants in ohio?
If I did I wouldn't share the info - beauty pageants for toddlers are nothing more the a pedophile convention. Why would anyone encourage their daughter to dress like an overpaid street walker and get up in front of a bunch of adults and gyrate around. And don't even get me started on the swim suit competition for 5 yr old's - seriously??
Please reconsider this. It's a horrible thing to tart a child up and teach her that looks are very important!

How do you become a beauty editor? Like for a magazine or just working for one? Besides dumb luck?

Double major in journalism and fashion design at a respected university. Make sure to look for internship opportunities before you graduate so that you will have experience, even if it is unpaid. Often unpaid internships can translate into real job offers but, even if they don't, you will have experience on your resume that many graduates do not have. Yesterday i went to a beauty salon and the beautitian nicely groomed my eyebrows?

how can i maintain this shape , cuz you know the hair will regrow baclk or grow long againYesterday i went to a beauty salon and the beautitian nicely groomed my eyebrows?
Buy the grooming supplies and learn how to do it. I don't know if it takes going to cosmetology class but hey it would be worth it if eyebrows are a huge concern of yours. Mmmm, I miss you!Yesterday i went to a beauty salon and the beautitian nicely groomed my eyebrows?
    Bonjour madam

Exposure to sunlight makes hair grow,

    so stay away from sunlight!

    aurevoir
Go back to her every 2 weeks, and tweeze in between times! They'll stay looking great! Good luck!!
Pluck off stray hair regrowth or shave them.
    WAX EM!!
Instead of leaving them and letting them grow back, maintain them and everyday look and see if there are any few stray hairs, if there are just pluck them out.

By doing this everyday you are keeping the shape the beautician made them
DONT shave them like someone else said!! you can either pluck them whenever you see any stray hairs or wax them! you can get waxing kits like veet everywhere!
get them done when needed to.
Just keep going back to the same lady like every two weeks and have her keep you nicely waxed and cleaned up...in between the 2 weeks if some hairs get really out of hand just pluck it....but don't make this a habit.

How would the world be like if blacks were the standard of beauty?

ok we pretty much know black men are now the standard lolz, what if black women were also the standard of beauty? How would the world be like if blacks were the standard of beauty?
People would be tanning their skin, plumping up their lips and getting butt implants. Oh, wait--they are already doing that! How would the world be like if blacks were the standard of beauty?
Black men are the standard? I wasn't aware that this was so. I thought beauty was in the eyes of the beholder.

EDIT: Okay, so just because the media glamorizes black man/white women relationships more than other racial combinations means that all black guys are desirable? I know plenty of chicks who don't prefer black men. I know others who do. It's all about individual preference.
I always wonder that to because irecognizee that Latinos ,Asians , Blacks and those in between consider women beauty if the women looks more White or European. I feel if black women was consider the of beauty . I mean there more opportunitiess will open up for women who are of darker skin . Such as dark skin Asians , Latinos , middleEasternerss , instead of being looking down at .

@ To uncle Tom its funny how you say big noses you are not attracted to , ummmmmmmm what does white , people have. Just because most of you noses are not round but pointy best to believe a lot of ya have witch noses . I mean no offense ITILIANS , GREEKS , Spanish MANY EUROPEANS HAVE BIG NOSES. JEWS AND ITIALIANS WHERE TAUNTED IN RACIAL CARTOONS FROM THE 30' UNTIL NOW FOR THEIR BIG NOSES AND LIPS . I mean FOR BIG NOSES TO BE AND LIPS TO BE SOOOOOOO UNATTRACTIVE PEOPLE ARE PAYING ALOT OF MONEY TO HAVE IT .
People don't appreciate the unique and beautiful features of an African Women. Queens...the first to arrive on Mother Earth. How did all these races start? In Africa. We ARE the standard of beauty.

    :-)
Then my relatives would suggest that I marry Black and not White if I love interracially. Also I'd probably be more attracted to Blacks than Whites.

My relatives are against any of us marrying Black... and they say White is ok.

How would it be iif Armenian women were the standard of beauty. Everyone thinks Kim Kardashian is smokin, even black men (allah her boyfriend). And her sister's hotter.
They would be just as shallow as anyone who puts BEAUTY ahead of anything else about a woman.
didn't everything start in Africa? beauty starts there.
Well there would be some upset people some happy people I saw somthing about hits on the news this morning so yes I mean wede all have diffrent emotions
I don't follow that crap, beauty is an individual thing. Humans are just sooo narrow minded!
People would be defending white women instead of black

gosh people just answer her question and stop playing dumb.
who said black men are the standard?

i always thought it was German/Italian/Spanish men.
it would be a beautiful place...
    Who says they're not?
Then I would still date white girls
I think it's a good thing because not as many people would be chasing us Whites. We then won't be a minority.
LOL, I like that Corsette. Very well said.

Edit- That botox must be some kind of miracle drug, lol. I'm glad I don't have to use it.
i dont think there is a standard beauty

Yes, I have been using Burt's Bees for years.

I like most of the products but there are a few I didn't care for.

It's true that they are 97% natural. Most of them smell really good, too-- like honey or oranges or vegetablesAny one Try Burts Bees beauty line? Is it REALLY Natural?
as far as i know, yes. i always use their lip balm and i really like it because it does a good job of keeping my lips from getting dry. as far as it being good for YOUR skin, i cant say, you have to try it for yourself because everyones skin reacts differently to different things.
IT IS and i love love love it, my fav products are the carrot day cream and the primrose night cream. Theyre lipsticks are really nice too but they tend to look a bit unatural. I highly recommend everything else.
nothing is 100% natural but you should give it a try bc everyone skin is different but in order for you to find the best product for your skin....trying is the best solution!!!!
    I %26lt;3 burt's bees!!!!!!!

Going to Portugal,SERIOUSLY want to impress some guys. Its in a month how can prepare(eg,fake tan ect) now and what accessories and clothes should i take(like the obvious choices, what patterns are fashionable now, what items would be practical AND fashionable, what summer clothes are in ect)Pleeeeease help,i love beauty, style and fashion and can't wait to get started on buying!!What are every style and beauty lover's essentials for a summer holiday?
I would go as simple as possible. I would stick to solid tops and basic hoop earrings with a few chunky bracelets and a beaded necklace so you can use the same jewelry and accessories for every outfit. What are every style and beauty lover's essentials for a summer holiday?
You can find very useful tips on http://www.healinginstitute.info Report Abuse

A couple of bikinis and sarongs, they can be wore walking to the beach. Some strappy t shirts, a short skirt or shorts if you prefer. A long skirt or dress, some great ones on the high street, try Zara, H'Ms etc. A lightweight linen jacket, (looks just as good when crumpled!) and a pair of light weight linen trousers. If you stick to a main colour and add a few splashes of a contrast colour these things will mix and match to make a host of different outfits. You'll need a couple of pairs of sandals too, flip flops for the beach and a little heel for evenings. A big bag, very trendy, some great ones in Matalan for about 拢6! and you'll be set. Have fun
Try to get really cute cloths, maybe strap-less ones and cute shorts. Then try on some make-up and see what one makes you look the best. Also try to be really friendly. I know this might not help, but i wish you the best in Portugal!
Portugal, how fun! Get a light, floaty summer dress with a nice batik pattern on it. Get an awesome big (but stylish) bag to haul around your stuff. I also suggest start using some nice fake tan lotion (no skin cancer risk! Woo-hoo!). Also find a few good bikinis. When packing for a trip, use pieces that are versitile. i.e., summer dress that can double as a cover-up, a few good tshirts that can be layered, etc.,Urban Outfitters has a great new summer selection...

How come some people are incredibly lucky? There are people who have beauty, intelligence, money, etc.?

Some people just seem to have it all.How come some people are incredibly lucky? There are people who have beauty, intelligence, money, etc.?
Mary, by the same breath, let us ask..... how come some people are incredibly unlucky? some are stond blind, deaf. Some are born in Darfur , Africa. Why? Just why? What did they do to have this?

Only by balancing these two we will know our situation and take solace or feel peaceful.'; Thank God , I am not mentally retarded!'; You will heave a sigh of relief.

Mary, let ua always be happy with what we have been dealt , in life. Some have more. some, less. Does not matter. The ise men , from time immemorial, have tried to explain away this based on a theory called ';karma Theory'; read about it ans see if that partially answers your question. How come some people are incredibly lucky? There are people who have beauty, intelligence, money, etc.?
Ted Turner said in an interview a few years ago that he'd been considering suicide after he lost control of AOL and divorced Hanoi Jane.

Listen to yourself. Listen to what you've said.
You won't get the real answer here. If you did, you wouldn't believe it.
    This is a good question.

I look at a lot of folks who seem to have it all and sometimes I'm jealous. The more I get to know people like that, the less jealous I am.

Things aren't always as they seem. There are times in some people's lives where they seem to have it all, but sometimes you see them 5,10, 20, 30 years or so later and they've got big troubles.

At some point Everybody Hurts (to quote a REM song title)

Everyone experiences the death of a loved one.

Everyone who lives long enough experiences aging and all that goes with that. Everyone at some point experiences ill health. Everyone experiences loss.

Having said all this, I'd still like to experience having enough money to never work again.
But are they happy? Are they content with their lives? Do they actually consider themselves lucky?
Physical appearance is a matter of genetics or plastic surgery. Intelligence is also largely a genetic product. If you put together Appearance and intelligence, you frequently get the ability to get/have a lot of money. Regards of what the Constitution of the US and Lincoln's Gettysburg address, All people are not created equal.
Count YOUR BLESSINGS!!!Luck doesn't always bring happiness. Not all people with beauty, money, and intelligence are happy. There is always SOMETHING wrong.
Yeah, but are they truly happy?

i want to dye my hair dark brown (a la anne hathaway in the devil wears prada), but im not sure if i will like it, so i don't want a dye that will last for a really long time. ive heard of dyes that only last for 8-10 washes, is this true?and if so, what brand? Is there a hair dye i can buy at drugstores or a beauty store that isn't very permanent?
Look for anything that says 'temporary.' There are a lot out there, just look. :)Is there a hair dye i can buy at drugstores or a beauty store that isn't very permanent?
on the bottom of the box it will say Permanent or Semi

Make shure you get the SEMI PERMANENT!!

becasue if it goes wrong you can wash it out, or you you can do it my way. put a permanent dark brown on and it turns black and i was crying. Im a natural blonde and im stuck with brown hair. imagine that.
Yeah, at walgreens or walmart or any drug store pretty much there are hair dyes that only stay in for like however many washes. they're great and they dont stain your hair! Go for it! I've done them :) I think mine lasted 30 washes though
try l'oreal color pulse. you should be able to find it at walmart or a drug store, if they still make it. they have all kinds of semi-permanent colors that eventually wash out.
the cheaper brands (like clairol) arent as permanent. It will be darker for a day or so, and then will wash out gradually.

The more expensive stuff will last longer (for the most part)
You want a color that is Semi-Permanent. look for that on the box.
natural instincts has one that washes out by 12 washes plus some other brands are doing it too now.
    ANY BOX THAT SAYS-SEMI PERMANENT.

Which is better-- I color my own hair or go to the beauty salon?

I just had my hair colored (by a beautician) two months ago but it was not the correct shade/color. Thanks.Which is better-- I color my own hair or go to the beauty salon?
I would definitely go to a salon, because first of all, usually they can do a better job, and usually the dyes cause way less damage to your hair than shelf brand ones.Which is better-- I color my own hair or go to the beauty salon?
Dying it yourself is probably cheaper than going to a salon, but if you've never dyed hair, it might be risky, because it might not turn out the way you want it to.

But i dye my own hair, and I'm fine with it
I would go to a salon. If you're not happy with the color you can always switch to a different hairdresser or go to another salon.
Go back to the salon. It doesn't have to be the same salon or the same beautician but coloring your hair yourself rarely looks good.
talk to your hair dresser and maybe theyll fix it

but if you do it you could really mess it up big time
definately salon they know what they are doing not that you dont the dye is less damaging and your colour will last longer xx good luck
    beauty salon they are proffesionals

    well most of them

i like the hispanic ladies better
if you know how to color your own hair i suggest you do it. It saves money, but if not you should really go to a hair salon

Where are the stores with beauty product selections for pregnant women?

basically where can a pregnant woman go to find products that suits herWhere are the stores with beauty product selections for pregnant women?
I am assuming that you are concerned about toxins in cosmetics, which few people (obviously) know about. There are toxins in just about everything from lipstick, to foundation, etc. I recommend Arbonne, which is a natural and vegan approved line of skincare and cosmetics, as well as having a baby care line that is just incredible for when you actually HAVE your baby. I have worked for MANY MANY MANY haircare and skincare companies, and was lucky enough to have come across Arbonne and now I LIVE and BREATHE it. You can get it from my website, under the ';shop online'; tab, and all products have a 45 day money back guarantee, too. What beauty product requirements are there for a pregnant woman that would differ from a non-pregnant woman? Except perhaps for cocoa butter to try to prevent stretchmarks? And that is sold pretty much anywhere that sells body lotion.
Besides Cocoa Butter or some other cream for stretch marks and maternity wear, I don't think there are specific pregnancy formulas for anything else.

What are your favorite homemade beauty secrets?

Such as using eggs whites to make your pores smaller, bakng soda for acne,...What are your favorite homemade beauty secrets?
    Ohhh, there are lots...

Apple Vinegar make a good toner, you have to wash it off though.

Egg yolks are super good for your hair, makes it shiny. Leave on for 20 minutes and then wash off.

Baking soda is good for your hair too, mix it with your shampoo.

To make a nail polish color, chose the eyeshadow you like and crumple it up into a bottle of white nail polish and mix well.

And tons more....What are your favorite homemade beauty secrets?
this is so cool because I just read an article about homemade beauty secrets in Allure - I tried out one of them last night and it really works - use Crisco for dry hands and feet - rub it over your hands and feet then put on cotton gloves and socks to cover them and leave over night. I did this last night and ooh feels so smooth and soft - so far now until I can try more the Crisco for dry hands and feet is my fave! :)
Mix a tablespoon of honey in your daily conditioner, works wonders to tame frizzy hair. Mash a ripe avocado n apply to ur hair, leave it on 20 min wrapped in a hot towel and rinse off to more beautiful moisturized hair.

For skin whitening and smoothening, I mix a cup of vinegar in my bath water n soak for 20 min. Korean top models n stars swear by it. Or u can mix in a cup of milk powder.. milk has proteins that nourish the skin. Full cream for dry skins and skim milk for oily skins.
my fave is oatmilk - regular (not instant) oatmeal and milk.. leave on face for 15 minutes.. great fresh smooth feel.

i have a 1mm diametre beauty spot on my face, i have had it since birth, how do i remove it ,as i hve been bullied cos of it, as it makes me look weak and feminine. i have been made fun off by my firends as it's not usual for a guy to have a beauty spot on his face, plus im thinking of joining the army and i know if i dont have it removed i won;t even make it past the interview stage as they might think im too soft. so pls someone help me?How do i remove a beauty spot from my face?
lol get some sort of skin make up to hide it or fade it so it don't stand out too much, haveing it removed might give you less chance of haveing a g/f, as women love beauty spots on guys. How do i remove a beauty spot from my face?
Why do they call them beauty marks when they are usually ugly? I would go to a derm specialist. Maybe make up would work for you in the Army. Just don't try it in the US Army.
I dont think you can remove it.

Just put on some make up to cover it up.

    That's what I do
Go to beauty center. The derm can take it off with laser.
You need to go to the dermatologist to have something like that removed. It needs to be dealt with professionally.

I have deleted all my smarty comments about the army as that wasn't really part of your question.

First day Back at school beauty tips?

Hi, what are your best beauty tips/ regimes for the first day back at school?First day Back at school beauty tips?
Here are some perfect tips for the first month (and throughout the year) of school.

    If you're looking tired:

-Open your eyes by curling your lashes three times. Place the eyelash curler at the roots of your lashes, then curl. Do this one more time in the middle, then once more near the end. Do this in between classes, in the bathroom or just in the hallway.

    Hair got Frizzy During P.E?:

-If you just finished P.E class and noticed your hair got a little frizzy from the humidity, spritz your hair with a leave-in conditioning spray. Lightly mist the conditioner all over your hair, the run your fingers through it. Try: Aussie Sun-touched Shine Conditioning Shine-Spray. $3, drugstores. Throw it in your schoolbag ;)

    Brighten up your face:

-If your sick of your usual makeup routine, adding just one thing to it can make it look completely new again. All it is, is a swipe of cherry-red lip glosss. The color is so bright and rich that you will need less makeup everywhere else. Try: L'oreal Paris HIP High Intensity Pigments Brilliant shine lip gloss in Giddy,$9, Drugstores

    Shiny hair between classes:

To make it look like you just came from the salon, everyday after lunch, rub a dime size pump of frizz fighting serum in your hands, and apply it to your hair, just don't get it too close to your roots (this could cause it looking greasy). Try: John Frieda Collection Frizz-Ease Original Formula Hair Serum, $10, drugstores.

    More Tips:

-Don't carry a messenger bag. Sure they might look cool, but they are really heavy to carry, and can result in serious back injuries.

-Try getting an assortment of shoes to wear, instead of just one type. For example, if your a sporty girl don't just wear sneakers everyday, try getting a pair of flats to wear occasionally. Vice Versa for the oppisate.

    -Wear blush! Flirty and cute.

-Never wear your hair the same. Always try out new styles, try picking up a magazine like CosmoGirl or Seventeen from the drugstore for ideas.

-On the first day, don't wear one of your favorite outfits. Save it for the second or third, people will notice it more.

    And that is about it.

    Hope i helped!

-Jessica%26lt;3First day Back at school beauty tips?
I apply SPF 30 on my face or tinted moisturizer with SPF 15 on my face.I put on some foundation on my face if I have blemishes especially the Bare Minerals, some Body Shop Daisy Blush which I also use with my finger as my eyeshadow as well,Maybelline mascara and a neutral gloss. If your skin is clear use mascara, the Body Shop Blush which also gives you a luminosity,a bit of a shadow and some gloss.Keep it simple yet natural when it comes to the make up and to the shadows.Make it look as though you are not wearing make up on the face except on the eyes which is something hard to pull off and if you want to add eye liner do so.Good luck.
Firstly, make sure you shower and smell good as it can make you feel at ease. Make sure to moisturise your face at least half an hour before applying any make up.

Do something with your hair, whether it's styling it straight (which means drying and straightening) leaving it in a natural curls (using moose to enhance curls) or doing something with it up, as long as it doesn't look a mess then it's ok.

Make up, keep it subtle as you don't want to be in trouble however you want to have it so that it enhances your look. Mascara, a BIT of foundation, clear lipgloss and it's a simple look that suits.

Make sure all clothes are ready and ironed and back is packed so you don't have to rush around. Set an alarm which leave you long enough to prepare and have breakfast and just enjoy your day!
Aside all of the obvious beauty regimens (brushing teeth, washing your hair, etc.), first I would get a good night's sleep... which may be hard, so tuck in early. If you're doing makeup, keep it's natural-looking. Bronze/gold-ish tones might be nice. Keep some chapstick handy, and pile some lipgloss on top. And lastly, while this isn't really a beauty regimen, keep some mints, gum, or TicTacs in your bag or your pocket just in case you need quick fresh breath during the day,

    Good luck! :)
Put on a lil makeup if you want to, not needed.

    Comb your hair

Make sure nothings in your teeth and make sure your breath is fresh the whole day

    And wear deodorant!

It's really not a good idea to try to cut your own hair. It's difficult to judge semetry in a mirror and forget blending the back. For a decent hair cut at a low low price, go to a haircutting school. True, they're students but for good quality at about $8, it's worth it....yes, I'm a student.

supposed to have the white protective dvd seal on the top of the dvd?How do i find out if the new dvd i purchased of beauty and the beast the enchanted christmas......?
I don't think there really is a way to tell. I used to work at Blockbuster, and whenever we got shipments of DVDs in some of them had the seal and some didn't. Even when it was 200 copies of the same title. The ones least likely to have any seals were those movies that were direct to video, like B%26amp;B Enchanted Christmas. Even checking with the distributor (if you could even find out where it was distributed from, because there are hundreds upon hundreds of distributors) probably wouldn't yield any results.

    How do you define beauty?

On the outside, not the inside. How do you define beauty?
i don't define it - just know it when i see it

comes in all different shapes, forms, colors, stylesHow do you define beauty?
Ah. The hard one. There are so many ways to be physically beautiful, it's not even funny. Any girl who is reasonably fit, carries herself well and is fairly graceful is likely to be attractive, but the difference between pretty and beautiful is very much in the eye of the beholder.

I've known women who would have made near-flawless statues, but their beauty was without that rare quality that would lift them out of the mundane, while other girls who are less technically close to perfection are somehow more beautiful by virtue of something impossible to truly identify.

I am not sure, in truth, that it is possible to separate the inner qualities of beauty from their outer manifestation enough to ever judge a woman purely by looks alone.

Or maybe that's just me :)

I could make a list of features - then point to women in every case who did not fit the list, but who I thought was beautiful anyway. Maybe I'm just weird :D
Beauty is a singular person's view using the basic instincts genetically encoded through evolution. Using Darwin's theory of natural selection.

For example, the main areas would be: age (of birthing age, which is around 14-30), skin contrast, hip to waist ratio, and genetic compatibility.

Most of this is subconscious and varies depending on the person, thus the saying 'beauty is in the eye of the beholder' (although technically it is in the subconscious mind via the genetic evolution).

But personally... I think it is an athletic physique and long hair.
you define beuty for what is inside.

a girl might be super preatty but she might be mean and have a bad attitud so a guy wont really like to be with her

in the other hand if u arenot that preatty but u are a very nice person a guy might love to be with u beccause u make him feel good and happy.

so it does not matter how u look if u are a good person u are BEAUTIFULL
I cant describe it, so I'll use a celebrity.

Megan Fox, to me, is perfection.

She has that sultry look, full lips, dark hair, and shes just beautiful
The inner beauty makes the outward beauty glow. If your inner is ugly, it really dosn't matter how beautiful your features are..
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder
beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
    natural looks

    good lips

    healthy hair

    acne-free face

    pretty eyes

Whats the meaning of the song death certificate of a beauty queen by i killed the prom queen?

i have an english project due tomorrow and i need to find the meaning or what the song is trying to sayWhats the meaning of the song death certificate of a beauty queen by i killed the prom queen?
To me this song represents a platonic relationship from the guy's perspective. He loves her so much, but ultimately all he can get back is friendship. He wants there to be more to their relationship, but she's keeping any strong feelings that she might have for him locked up inside.

He wants to cut all ties and leave, but he just can't bear to leave her - so he stays. He basically gives up on ever trying to be more than a friend, but he can't help think that she loses whenever she tries to get with someone else, because no one can love her like he can.

I'm not too sure on the meaning, I think some of the lines are about being straight edge and watch as other people destroy their life!

Also I think the vocalist has suicidal tendencies, in a lot of the songs he talks about hurting himself like in this song... 'as razorblades cut me with every kiss. I ono'

no matter how nuts he is the lyrics still rock

    That's all I've got.

I hope other people can put the meaning on.Whats the meaning of the song death certificate of a beauty queen by i killed the prom queen?

Why do moms have the special way to make everything sounds ok?According 2 u what is the beauty of motherhood?

The mother is the panacea for all kinds of calamities. The existence of the mother invests one with protection; the reverse deprives one of all protection. The man who, though divested of prosperity enters his house, uttering the words, ';O mother!';- has not to indulge in grief. Nor does decrepitude ever assail him. A person whose mother exists, even if he happens to be possessed of sons and grandsons and even he himself is hundred years old, but in the eyes of his mother he looks like a child of two years of age. Whether the mother is able or disabled, lean or robust, the son is always protected by the mother. None else, according to the ordinance, is the son鈥檚 protector. Then does the son become old, then does he become stricken with grief, then does the world look empty in his eyes, when he becomes deprived of his mother. There is no shelter like the mother. There is no refuge like the mother. There is no defense like the mother. There is no one so dear as the mother. For having borne him in her womb the mother is the son鈥檚 dhatri. For having been the chief cause of his birth, she is his janani. For having nursed his young limbs, she is called amva (Amma). For nursing and looking after the son she is called sura. The mother is one鈥檚 own body. Salute to Mother !!Why do moms have the special way to make everything sounds ok?According 2 u what is the beauty of motherhood?
The beauty of being a mother to me is after a long day that has went not even a little o.k. Then at the end of the day one of my boys has that never ending look of love in their eye, climbs up in my lap and tells me that they love me. I always remember how lucky I am to be a mom. MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL THE MOMMIES.Why do moms have the special way to make everything sounds ok?According 2 u what is the beauty of motherhood?
Mother is a symbol of love, care %26amp; sacrifice .
i think moms have different ways of showing how much they love their kids....but bottomline is good moms will always want the best for their kids and will do everything to protect them and ensure their happiness...moms have this way of showing strength when you least expect it....but in times of need, that's just what they do....they reassure their children that everything is okay.... in their minds they might be troubled but they would always show a face of strength because they dont want their kids to worry....

i guess what's beautiful about moms is that they can be soft and kind and caring...but they can be very protective and strong when she feels that the well-being of her kids are being threatened....she's all woman underneath....but she can be tough when need be....she thinks about the needs of her family foremost even to the point of sacrificing her own happiness....i guess that's pretty amazing...to have that much love to be selfless....
Moms just hold a kind of 'aura' that's reassuring and happy. The hcild of a mother will look to them for protection and will look at them as someone to turn to for support. The beauty of motherhood is being there for a child and making them happy, without spoiling them. Seeing their smiles and watching them grow - at times it may hurt, but both a mother and child together make one of the greatest accomplishments of all - love.
we all as a child know ,after God only mother has unconditional love for her child .Mother gives her child protection, against every evil...to the least extent.thats why a child feel comfortable and think every thing will be ok if a mother is around,.Beauty of mother hood is that her lap is open for her child even if he/she is a criminal, has infectious disease,or disable.
    Unconditional Love

The beauty of motherhood for me is someday I may be able to be a Mother to my child or children unlike mine was able to be to me. In other words, I will have unconditional love for them.
God created mothers, because he can't be everywhere !

Moms r always special, because they r the only special ones in ur lives, always !

They say that any woman is at her most beautiful best when she is entering her motherhood.

Hope u have experienced it or or are experiencing it now !
The beauty of motherhood.... you have the opportunity to educate someone. Someone comes into your life and they pretty much depend on you. You can either make them or break them. The beauty of it for me is that I have a life that depends on me and I have the opportunity to full her mind with knowledge. I have the opportunity to let someone experience life's good sides (for a certain amount of time) and to teach them
The beauty is just their love for their children.

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU %26amp; YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS
The beauty of motherhood beauty queen is asking.

    Mother is also a human.
The sex assuming it's not in vitro fertilazarion
one thing was you know that you were once a whole person together. and the other is you want to do anything and everything to make your child feel the verry best they can. it would kill you to see them sad or upset.
    Unconditional love and sacrifice

Shampoo.Hairspary.Perfume,etc.What is the one beauty product you have always used ?
My entire body gets lotion on it every day after my shower and my hands get several applications a day. I've heard all my life that you can tell a woman's age from looking at her hands so I really lotion them up good! I'll soon be 49 years old and every one guesses me at around 37. Thank God for body lotion. lolWhat is the one beauty product you have always used ?
Well like the first girl siad, Water, a mutivitamine, and a BareMinerls foundation, works wonders, does not clog your pores it covers up every thing you don't want to be seen, the best thing is that it helps your skin not dirty it and make it look wores. and the best thing about it comes only 6 shades but they can easly find your shade in one of the six!! tehe*

A Great and Terrible Beauty by Libba Bray?

is this book worth buying and reading? i read the summary of it and it sounded really good. i don't know if i should buy it or not as i am going to the book store this weekend.

*I am a bit confused on whether to buy this book or Blue Bloods by Melissa de la Cruz.

Thanks for all the help.A Great and Terrible Beauty by Libba Bray?
Both are good but I reccomend A great and Terrble Beauty first. Its longer, better written, and if you like to learn little facts about life in the past this is a good book for it. On the other side Blue Bloods is a much shorter read and easier to digest.A Great and Terrible Beauty by Libba Bray?
YES!! They are amazing! =) I love them! I haven't read Blue Bloods but this book is amazing. READ TWILIGHT TOO THOUGH!! edward rox =)
Get it. It's good. Unless you like really fast-paced, philosophical stories. But it's definitely not a waste of time or money. =D
