Goodness and truth are the air and water beauty needs to survive. What I mean is that real beauty does not tolerate badness and lies to be in it's presence. Beauty will pick up and run every time. Or die. How is beauty interrelated to goodness and truth?
i believe beauty has nothing to do with being pretty.
just because 100 thousand people say sh-it is not beautiful does not make sh-it not beautiful. that is invalid.
beauty goodness and truth are all in the realm of the metaphysical world, or (above)physical. and therefore, it is outside the realm of rationalization. that means that proof or explanation is not possible. it is in the realm of awareness, just as freedom, love, justice, etc. are in.
i don't think anyone can define beauty. and i would believe goodness falls a bit more into the realm of morality, but goodness itself is also something we cannot define. nor truth.
just because one person believes something does not make it valid.
if i believe i can fly and i jump out a window i find out that i cannot and therefore i was wrong. if someone says beauty has to do with pretty and looks i think they're wrong because that has to do with physical attraction and emotion. emotion and thinking are not the same thing.
the capacity to think grows with words. like a baby has such a small capacity to think, but can cry or smile because of emotion. that is why they are not the same thing.
so for your question, those things are interrelated because they cannot be proven or completely understood.
try not to think of the physicality of the abstract, because there is no physicality to those. its all very difficult to grasp.
By looking at nature or a sunset, you can see how much beauty God created. God is truth, and when you know God or Truth, you become more of what you are and express and reflect yourself as beauty.
While a good, perfect person is often imagined to be pretty, it is often not the case. Many might be deformed, overweight, etc. though they still are beautiful, just not aesthetically pleasing.
