Even today it occurs. I am taking Accutane in order to obtain what i feel to be beauty. The side-effects are so bad...but they are well worth it for my ultimate goal. I would go through anything to have clear skin. So the human race goes through this all the time...ultimately driven by our own selfish desires.

but i saw this documentary where girls would wear corsets to be fashionable..these were so tight that sometimes their bones would start to wrap around each other and their internal organs were severly damaged..bkeh!
